MAUREEN NDEGBU
Hi, I’m Maureen, and I struggled to find an affordable and easy step-by-step course when preparing for my OSCE in 2019. I am an internationally educated nurse like you, and I have helped over 100 nurses prepare and undertake their OSCE exams. I am passionate about assisting overseas nurses in passing their OSCE and continuing to thrive in their nursing careers. This passion has led me to attend the certified Train the Trainer programme by Oxford Brookes University to improve my ability to support, design and plan an effective NMC OSCE Curriculum for candidates.
I work in the NHS as a Practice Education Facilitator, and I serve as a mentor and coach for Overseas nurses to help them navigate the challenging early stages of arrival in the country. I have also received awards in recognition of the support I provide for Overseas nurses, including the International nurse of the year awardee- 2021 by the Black Country and West Birmingham NHS Trusts and Rising Star/ Career Advancement awardee-2021 by the Green White Green Heroes.
